RESERVATIONS & PAYMENTS:
To guarantee travel space, the reservation form must be completed at www.StudentTravelAmerica.com accompanied by a per person deposit which is non-refundable and non-transferable upon cancellation. Credit Card payments may be for deposit or full payment. Applicants may make reservations as long as space is available. (NOTE: Student Travel America charges $35 administrative fee per returned check or declined credit card.)
FINAL PAYMENT:
Final Payment is due 75 days prior to departure date. Late final payment may result in a cancellation or a $50 re-booking fee. CANCELLATION POLICY: No refunds 75 days prior to departure. All cancellations must be received to Student Travel America in writing. There are no refunds for missed or unused flights and tour services. If a person who is rooming with another person cancels, the roommates must pay the difference in the occupancy rates.
INSURANCE:
Medical, Hospital, Emergency Dental, Emergency transportation, baggage and trip cancellation insurance is available and strongly recommended.
TRANSPORTATION:
Via IATA carrier based on rates prevailing Sept. 1. Tour rates and rules may be subject to change. All tour participants must travel together and return together.
GRATUITIES & TAXES:
Taxes, Hotel and Cruise gratuities are included.
SECURITY DEPOSIT:
Resorts may require a security deposit of approximately $100 pp.
PROOF OF CITIZENSHIP:
U.S. Citizens : All U.S. citizens must have valid proof of citizenship. While a passport is highly recommended, passengers can travel with an original birth certificate issued by a U.S. government agency (not from a hospital) and a valid government issued photo ID, in place of passport. Passport cards and enhanced driver’s licenses are also acceptable forms of documentation. Students ages 15 and under only require a birth certificate as noted above. Students ages 16 and over must carry a government-issued picture ID such as a state ID or provincial driver’s license and an original birth certificate issued by a U.S. government agency. Passengers from Puerto Rico must have a valid U.S. passport or a valid government-issued photo ID along with an original issued birth certificate. Birth certificates issued prior to July 1, 2010 are not accepted by U.S. Customs and Border Protection.U.S. Citizens born outside of the U.S.: Will require a valid U.S. passport for travel or an original naturalization certificate along with a valid government issued photo ID.U.S.
Permanent Residents:
Will require a valid Permanent Resident card, also known as a Green Card, with a valid government-issued photo ID or a valid passport from their country of citizenship. Please note some permanent residents (e.g. Haitian citizens) must carry a valid passport along with a valid Permanent Resident card. Please contact the Consulate or U.S. immigration for more information.Non-U.S. Citizens or Residents:A valid Passport, Multiple Entry Visa, or Resident Alien Card is required for re-entry to the United States. Please contact U.S. Customs or the Consulate for any additional required documentation. Guests from other countries must possess a valid passport and should check with their travel agent or appropriate consulate to determine other necessary travel documentation.
Note:
Boarding will be denied without proper travel documentation and ID. Photocopies of any of these documents are NOT ACCEPTABLE! *Passengers under 18 years of age must have the Holiday Express, Inc. Contract Medial Authorization NOTARIZED by both parents. Minors traveling with only one parent need a NOTARIZED letter of consent from the other parent, or legal documentation giving that parent sole custody, or a death certificate if the other parent is deceased. *It is the passenger’s responsibility to provide necessary documents. *No refunds will be made to passenger affected by a failure to possess the required citizenship documents. *Failure to possess required documents may result in denied boarding.
RESPONSIBILITY:
Student Travel America/Holiday Express, Inc. and/or its agents act only as agents for passengers in arranging hotel, carriers, transportation, and accommodations. Therefore, agents are not to be held responsible for loss, accidents, detention, delays, and expenses arising, nor for strikes, failures of means of conveyance to arrive or depart per schedules, disturbances, government regulations or restrictions, and other acts over which we have no control. Airlines concerned are not to be held responsible for any act, omission or event during the time the passengers are not aboard their aircraft. Passenger contract in use by airlines concerned when tickets are issued shall constitute the sole contract between the airline and the purchaser of these tours and/or the passengers.

LAND/CRUISE/HOTEL ONLY PACKAGES:
Passengers not using Student Travel America air packages will be responsible for Transfers to the Airport, Hotel and Cruise Terminal.
FUEL SURCHARGE:
Due to the constant changes in fuel prices, fares are subject to change prior to departure without notice. FLIGHT DELAYS: Flight delays are unfortunate, but they are a risk in all air travel and are beyond the control and responsibility of Holiday Express, Inc./Student Travel America. Missed nights accommodations, missed time in vacation destination, missed connections to/from charter flights, missed wages, missed package features, and additional expenses (including long distance phone calls) incurred due to flight delays are beyond the control and responsibility of Holiday Express, Inc./Student Travel America.
RESPONSIBILITY:
Holiday Express, Inc./Student Travel America will not be held responsible for any actions including, but not limited to (1) overbooking by hotels, (2) missed connections to or from charter flights, (3) failure to follow instructions, including but not limited to check-in/check-out times, baggage handling and reconfirming bus/flight times. APPLICABLE LAW *It is agreed by and between Participant and Operator that all disputes and matters whatsoever arising under or in connection with or incident to these policies and procedures shall be litigated, in and before a court located in Tarrant County, State of Texas, U.S.A. to the exclusion of the courts of any other state or country.
