1. HOW MUCH MONEY SHOULD MY SON OR DAUGHTER TAKE? You know their spending habits better than anyone, but it is still hard to decide how much money they need. Most students do fine on $30.00 a day, while others need more for optional tours and souvenirs, and the destination they choose also determines how much they need.
2. ARE THERE ANY MEALS INCLUDED? Meals are not included in the price of the trip; however discounts and specials are made available to the participants of the grad trips, Call our office for details.
3. DO YOU SUPPLY CHAPERONES? No, but we do have adult staff members. They are available 24 hours a day at the hotel. Staff is there to assist the students and help run a smooth trip. Graduating seniors are considered adults.
4. WHAT IF MY SON OR DAUGHTER NEEDS MEDICAL ATTENTION? Professional medical services are available at every trip destination. The Student Travel America staff is familiar with local hospitals and on-call doctors and will help with any medical emergency or need.
5. WILL SOMEONE MEET MY SON OR DAUGHTER AT THE AIRPORT UPON ARRIVAL? Yes! Your son or daughter will be met at the airport and transferred to the hotel. Our staff will conduct a short orientation upon arrival explaining the week's activities, optional tours, special discounts, and trip policies.
6. WHAT KIND OF HEALTH CARE CAN I EXPECT IN AN EMERGENCY WHILE IN MEXICO? AmeriMed is available in Cancun so that you are assured of American Standards of Medical Treatment. Check our there web site at amerimed-hospitals.com.
7. WHAT DOCUMENTS ARE NEEDED FOR MY SON OR DAUGHTER TO TRAVEL TO MEXICO? A valid passport is needed unless otherwise noted on your trip! No photo copies or hospital birth certificates are acceptable.

**If the participant will be under the age of I8 at the time of travel, a notarized letter of permission to travel to Mexico signed by both parents must accompany the participant. If the participant is under legal guardianship of only one parent, he or she will need the notarized letter of permission along with proof in the form of a death certificate of one parent or copy of the divorce decree showing you are the only legal guardian. **If you are not a U.S. citizen, please check with your own consulate and the Mexican consulate in your area. Please make sure that your travel visa and passport are current.

What does my trip include? All trips include airfare, hotel and airport transfers unless otherwise noted; plus much more depending on your travel destination!
What is all-inclusive? All-inclusive is all meals & drinks, along with non motorized activities at your hotel are included the price!
Is our money protected? Money is held in escrow accounts until it is taken out to pay for services.
How do students choose their roommates? In most cases, students are allowed to choose their own roommates. Otherwise the Group Leader may assign them. Student’s accommodations are max four to a room.
Payment Plans? We have payments plan options for students who want to make a series of payments rather that a deposit and then final payment.
